What to know before you go: Cyclovia Tucson
Tucson, AZ (April 4th, 2019) – With a backdrop of perfect springtime weather in Southern Arizona, Cyclovia Tucson is set to roll out this Sunday, April 7th from 9am to 3pm. Start the day at the new Banner—University Medicine hospital tower with a tour of the new lobby, a ballet folklórico performance, mariachi, the Tucson Roadrunners, a zip line, food trucks, and more. Parking is available at the Diamond Children’s garage, 1625 North Campbell Avenue.
Stop by any of three information booths along the route to pick up your copy of the official Cyclovia Tucson activity guide. Packed with event and performance schedules, a route map, the Cinco for Cyclovia scavenger hunt, and tips for making the most of the day, these guides are your key to exploring Cyclovia.
Alternatively, you can download the Cyclovia Tucson app available now for Smartphones. With the app, you can save favorite events, access the route map, find food trucks, restrooms, and activities, and listen to a specially curated playlist for the day.
Activity hubs are located at: Banner—University Medicine Center, the University of Arizona Poetry Center, 1508 East Helen Street, the Feldman’s Neighborhood on Helen Street between First and Third Avenues, at Catalina Park, 941 North Fourth Avenue, at The Historic Y Tucson, 738 North Fifth Avenue, and the #CorbettPorch at the intersection of North Sixth Avenue and East Seventh Street.
The official after party will take place at the #CorbettPorch from 3pm to 6pm.
